How is the bonus projection calculated?
The planner compares planned hours to the estimated labor hours on the work order. The difference is priced with your branch base hourly rate and bonus pool percentage, and updates in real time as hours change.
What does a plan day contain?
The line items and quantities to complete that day, the crew members requested with expected hours, and any equipment or vehicles attached to the day.
Who approves the plan?
Management. Completed plans queue in Pending Review; after approval the job moves to Requires Scheduling so shifts can be published to the calendar.
What if the estimate changes after planning starts?
Scope changes are tracked as change orders, batched into sessions, and put in front of the crew lead to acknowledge before adjusting the plan.
