1 Connect QuickBooks Online
Sign in to QuickBooks from Menaia and pick your company. Setup takes about 10 minutes.
2 Choose what syncs, step by step
Go through clients, items, invoices, payments and expenses, then review. Turn each one on or off, and import the customers you already have in QuickBooks.
3 Review and turn it on
See every choice on one page before anything syncs. You can change them later in the integration’s settings.
4 Fix anything from the sync log
Every synced record is listed with its type, status and time. Errors and warnings say exactly what to fix, and Retry all sends them again once you have.

Can I bring my existing QuickBooks customers into Menaia?
Yes. Turn on Import existing customers and they’re added as new clients in Menaia, in a project called “Imported from QuickBooks”.
What happens when something doesn’t sync?
It shows in the sync log as an error or a warning, with what to do about it. Fix it, then retry that record or all of them at once.
How long does setup take?
