How exactly does the route-based bonus system work?
Every route includes a calculated time budget based on the stops on it. Techs see the target on their phones. When they finish under budget without cutting a treatment short, the saved hours convert to a bonus at a payout percentage you set. The bonus goes directly into each tech's in-app Wallet.
