Your crew sizes the load and picks a tier from your price book, and each load carries its real disposal and labor cost. That gives every quote a floor, so curbside pricing becomes a number backed by cost instead of a haggle, and daily dump fees stop eating the margin unseen.
How does dispatch replace the group chat?
Every crew and job sits on one calendar, so you can see the whole day, keep runs dense, and stop trucks from crossing town twice. Customers get a notice when their pickup is scheduled, so crews are not left knocking on an empty house.
How exactly does the time-based bonus system work?
Every route includes a calculated time budget based on the loads on it. Crews see the target on their phones. When they finish under budget, the saved hours convert to a bonus at a payout percentage you set, paid into each crew member's in-app Wallet. You control the rate and the rules.
