Does every message become a lead on its own?
No. A platform message stays an inbox conversation until someone clicks Create lead, so tire-kickers don’t clutter your pipeline. Meni can also propose the lead from the conversation for you to confirm.
Can I reply without opening the other app?
Yes. Write your reply in the thread and it goes back to the customer on their platform. Replies are text only.
How does a web form lead get its source?
