What shows up on the calendar?
Job schedule shifts, task schedules for non-job work like warehouse time and training, lead activities for sales appointments, and employee time off.
Can I schedule work that is not a job?
Yes. Task schedules cover meetings, training, and warehouse work. Assign them to users with a date, time, and notes, and they can create time-tracking shifts if you want the hours counted.
What happens when I publish shifts?
Everyone assigned is notified, and the job moves to Pre-Production. Until you publish, drafts are visible only to schedulers.
How is time off handled?
Managers record time off with the employee, date range, and reason. It appears on the calendar beside shifts, so nobody schedules a crew member who is out.
