Why teams love it

Recurring work, on autopilot.

Plans built your way

Set the price for each billing option, the visits the plan includes and when they’re due, and the terms the homeowner signs.

Billing that keeps going

Autopay charges the card or bank account each period. Invoice plans email an invoice with a payment link. A failed charge flags the plan as past due.

No visit slips through

Upcoming visits show up on one list ahead of their month, with who did the last one, so the office books each one before it’s late.

How it works

From the first sale to every visit.

1

Build the plan once

Name the plan, choose how it bills, and add its visits: a set month, every few months or a number of times a year. Each visit carries its own checklist.

2

Sell it and get it signed

Sell a plan from the project, or add it to the proposal’s service breakdown so the homeowner can keep it when they sign. They agree to the yearly renewal and add a card or bank account if it’s on autopay.

3

Book every visit

When a visit is due, the homeowner hears it’s time to book. The office opens a task with the visit and its checklist filled in, and Best Match suggests who’s free.

4

Homeowners see every visit

The Plan tab in the client portal shows their plan, its price, when it renews and every visit: done, booked, coming up or available any time. A renewal notice goes out 30 days before.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

How can homeowners pay for a plan?

Monthly, quarterly, every 6 months, yearly or in one upfront payment, whichever options you turn on. They pay by autopay with a card or bank account, or by invoice each period, through Menaia Pay.

How are plan visits scheduled?

Each visit has a rule: a set month, every few months, or a number of times a year at any time. Due visits show on one list, and the office books each one as a task on the schedule.

Can I offer a plan in a proposal?

Yes. Add a plan to the proposal and the homeowner can add it or remove it before signing. If they keep it, the plan is signed with the proposal.

What happens if a payment fails?

The homeowner is told each time a charge fails. After the last retry the plan goes past due and its visits wait, and the office can send a link to update the card.

Can homeowners see their plan?

Yes. A Plan tab in the client portal shows their plan, its visits and their payments.

How does canceling work?

The office cancels a plan at the end of the paid period or right away, and can refund the unused part.
