Your estimator builds the scope from line items: cabinets, tile, fixtures, subs, and labor each price from your price book, and selections and allowances get their own lines instead of a lump guess. When a crew opens a wall and finds something, the change order is built from the same book, so the added work is priced and signed before it slows the job.

Plan each phase across the days it needs, see who is free before you book the next one, and get a conflict warning before you publish the schedule. When one phase slips, move the days behind it and publish again, then send the next progress invoice when the phase is done.

Every phase includes a calculated time budget based on the scope. Crews see the target on their phones. When they finish a phase under budget, the saved hours convert to a bonus at a payout percentage you set, paid into each lead's in-app Wallet. You control the rate and the rules.
