Mark the item In Repair or Out of Order for a date range. It disappears from what schedulers can book until it is back.
Can two jobs reserve the same vehicle?
No. The calendar checks every assignment against existing ones and blocks overlaps outright.
Where do subcontractors fit?
Subcontractors have their own registry with contact details and an active flag, and can be assigned to job shifts alongside your internal crew.
