What file types are supported?
Images in JPEG, PNG, WebP, and HEIC or HEIF. Video in MP4, WebM, QuickTime, and MPEG. Documents as PDF.
Can the customer see job photos?
Only what you choose. Files placed in the Client Collection folder can be included in proposals; everything else stays internal.
Who can upload?
Anyone with access to the project, from office staff to field crews, on any device. Each file records who last updated it.
How do crews know where a photo goes?
The folders are named for the moments of a job: before photos go in Inspection or Existing Damage, after photos in Completion. It is hard to file wrong.
