How it works
Performance data is calculated automatically from closed jobs and estimate activity. Crew members and sales reps see their personal scorecard with KPIs, rankings, and medal badges. Non-managers see a windowed view with top performers and their own position. Managers see the full leaderboard with color-coded metrics relative to the team average.
